Welcome to Lisart.nl.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings, purchases, and interactions made through our website. By booking a class, purchasing artwork, or buying a gift certificate, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Info
1.1. These Terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Lisart.nl. 1.2. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase or booking is the one in effect at the time of your transaction.
2. Classes and Workshops
2.1. Booking: All bookings for classes and workshops are managed via our scheduling platform (BookLikeABoss). A booking is only finalized once you receive a confirmation email.
2.2. Payment: Payment for classes can be completed online at the time of booking (via Stripe), or you may choose to pay in cash in person upon arrival at the studio.
2.3. Customer Cancellation:
2.5. Studio Liability
2.5.1.Making art can be messy. Lisart.nl is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal property during workshops. Please dress accordingly.
2.5.2. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in our classes, workshops, or other studio activities.
2.5.3 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Web-Shop (Artworks, Artboxes and Gift Certificates)
3.1. Pricing: All prices listed in our web-shop (hosted via Tilda) are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2. Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your order will be shipped or digitally delivered only after full payment is received.
3.3. Shipping: We aim to ship physical artworks and art-boxex within 5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to you once the item is delivered to the address you provided.
3.4. Gift Certificates
3.4.1 Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash
3.4.2 Gift Certificates can only be used for a service specified on the certificate.
3.4.3 Upon redemption of a gift card, the Class booking will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3.4.4 Gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card.
4. Returns and Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
Under EU consumer law, you have specific rights regarding online purchases:
4.1. Physical Artworks: You have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving any reason. The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the artwork in good condition, we will issue a full refund (including standard initial delivery costs) within 14 days.
4.2. Exceptions: Custom-made or commissioned artworks are exempt from the 14-day return right and are final sale.
4.3. Digital/Service Exemptions: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities (like workshops and classes) booked for a specific date or time.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
5.1. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer the copyright of the piece to you.
5.2. Lisart.nl (the Artist) retains all rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the image of the artwork. You may not copy, print, or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission from the artist.
5.2. Any artwork created during a class or workshop remains the intellectual property of the artist (you), but we reserve the right to take photographs of the artwork for promotional purposes.
6. Privacy
We care about your data. The personal information you provide for bookings and purchases is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any agreements made with Lisart.nl, are governed by Dutch law (Nederlands recht). Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

2.3. Customer Cancellation:
- If you cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the class, you are eligible for a full refund or to reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
2.5. Studio Liability
